Provider Management Available
Efficiently capture and track all your service provider details, including facilities and specialties, to streamline the process of referring participants to the appropriate providers. You can also map the benefits and services you administer for your constituents to the specialties offered by these providers, ensuring a more tailored and effective service delivery.
Fundraising
Create Outreach Source Codes in Bulk
Increase your campaign management efficiency by generating source codes in bulk. This feature allows you to maintain consistent formatting and naming conventions, reducing the chances of manual errors and speeding up the process for campaign managers and marketers.
Sync Person Account Mailing Address with Primary Contact Point Address
Users can now automate the mailing address sync between person accounts and the primary contact point address for constituents with multiple addresses. This ensures that the most up-to-date address is always referenced on donor profiles.

Custom Donor Briefs
Prepare for donor meetings with ease by creating customized donor brief templates. You can generate briefs directly from donor profiles and easily share them with board members and other stakeholders. To set up donor briefs, users must have the FundraisingAccess and DocGen Designer permission sets.
Track and Credit Pledges as Revenue
It’s now much easier to accurately track committed recurring revenue and booked pledges with enhanced forecasting capabilities. This allows budget planners and expenditure managers to provide reliable revenue projections, offering a clearer understanding of expected revenues. You can see this in the Projected Committed Revenue Information section of the commitment record.
Match Donors with External ID in Gift Entry
Improve donor matching accuracy and speed up data entry by using a customer-configured external ID to search for and match donors. This feature allows you to reduce the number of IDs related to each account by leveraging third-party donor IDs in Salesforce to match donors with gifts.
Update Tax Receipt Status and Generate Donor Reports
It’s now easier than ever to manage the tax receipt status on gift transactions included in gift acknowledgment batches. You can generate a report of the donors included in the acknowledgment batch and use the addresses as envelope labels for mailing acknowledgments or tax receipts. Find donors and their associated documents in the Document Generation Query Result object.
Soft Credits on Gift Commitments
You can now easily attribute influence to those who contributed to your fundraising efforts by assigning soft credits to individuals. Soft credits can be given in full or partial percentages or as an amount of the gift commitment.
Enter Gifts from the Account Page
Users can now quickly enter a gift directly from the donor’s account page in the Fundraising Operations, Fundraising Strategy, and Donor Engagement apps. This streamlined process allows for easy donation entry from the person or organization account page. To do this, click on the down arrow on the person account or organization account highlights panel. Select New Gift Entry and simply enter the donation amount.
Grantmaking
View Progress Reports for Applications
Manage grantee progress reports more effectively by creating, publishing, and reviewing them through the Grantmaking portal in Nonprofit Cloud.
Review Submitted Applications with Application Review Workspace
Grant managers can now assign reviewers to evaluate applications within the Application Review Workspace. Reviewers can access all application details and provide feedback and ratings on a single page, making the review process more efficient.
For internal reviewers, an admin must configure the Application Review detail page. Add the Form Review component and the Form Section component to new tabs. For external users, the Application Review Workspace is already configured on the Application Review detail page in the Grantmaking Portal Template.
Flow-Based Forms
Nonprofit Cloud now supports a variety of forms that can be built with flows, including grant applications, progress reports, and reviewer feedback. This enhanced form framework allows for a user-defined UI that can be tailored to specific use cases.
Retiring Products
Elevate
Salesforce is retiring the Elevate family of products, including the Elevate Advanced Edition and Elevate Power of Us Editions. The product is expected to be deactivated on or after October 1, 2024.
