The "View Campaign Influence Report" didn't work in LEX and the report wasn't visible.
So, I launched the report (Campaigns with Influenced Opportunities) while in Classic and saved it as "Campaign Influence Report" where I knew I could find it.
I then edited the detail page link, "View Campaign Influence Report", to direct it straight to the new report.
