Our U.S. Team executes product discovery, business, and technical architecture, user experience design, and project management. Our Offshore Team focuses on the development, testing, and configuration.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for projects.
- Excellent knowledge of and demonstrated expertise with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, CPQ, and Knowledge of Industry Cloud (is a plus).
- Salesforce implementation experience across the whole Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build sustainable applications.
- Evaluate current business processes, identify areas for improvement, and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Work with the team to work on Active RFPs and initial meetings with customers.
- Analyze relevant industry data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Work with the development team to design and implement technology solutions that meet business needs.
- Create detailed business requirement documents (BRDs), functional requirement documents (FRDs), and user stories.
- Act as a liaison between business units, technology teams, and external vendors to ensure clear communication and alignment of goals.
- Assist in the planning, execution, and management of travel-related projects, ensuring they were delivered on time and within scope.
- Develop test plans, conduct testing, and validate the functionality of implemented solutions to ensure they meet business requirements.
- Provide training and support to end-users and ensure a smooth transition to new systems or processes.
