Our business solutions include business modeling/business architecture and business analytics services for sales, marketing, human resources, and customer service areas. We provide implementation services for cloud CRMs (Salesforce.com and Microsoft Dynamics) and development services for Force.com and .Net platforms. We also set up business intelligence solutions for both traditional and big data technologies. We use the distributed agile delivery model for our development and configuration projects. Our U.S. Team executes product discovery, business, and technical architecture, user experience design, and project management. Our Offshore Team focuses on the development, testing, and configuration.

Job Description
• Lead Salesforce project implementations.
• Understanding the business/project/client s need.
• Identify the requirements and the project scope.
• Analyze the business problems and recommend solutions.
• Create and implement project plans.
• Conduct project risk identification and mitigation planning.
• Writing user stories with detailed acceptance criteria and using them to facilitate user acceptance or signoffs.
• Working with the team to implement the solutions design that will meet the business/project/client s requirements.
• Create and implement project plans.
• Test the design, manage the QA/UAT, verify the solution, and maintain the design and solution.
• Documentation - write and keep records of the project.
• Client coordination and attend project/client meetings.
• Perform system demo, participate in user acceptance testing, and conduct user training.
• Provide support to the sales effort on new business development pursuits, assisting with RFP responses.
• Upto 30% travel to project locations or client sites, as necessary.

Roles & Responsibilities
Requirements:

• 3-4+ years of Salesforce Project Management experience, with at least two full cycle implementations of Salesforce CRM.
• 2+ years of Salesforce business analyst experience.
• 8+ years of total IT Experience, preferably with a background in a software development and managing SDLC projects
• Strong understanding of the overall architecture of the Salesforce CRM platform
• Experience with Agile methodologies and Atlassian's Jira and Confluence.
• Strong leadership capabilities
• Adept at communicating with internal and external stakeholders at all levels of the organization
• Experience with managing remote teams across different time zones
• Outstanding organizational, analytical, communication, and writing skills
• Superior abilities in problem-solving, project management, and attention to detail
• Advanced Proficiency with all Microsoft Office suite products.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Project management skills.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Adept at communicating with internal and external stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Advanced Proficiency with all Microsoft Office suite of products.
• Experience with full cycle implementation of Salesforce CRM is an advantage.
• Superior abilities in problem-solving, project management, and attention to detail.

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Information Technology or Computer Science OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Active Salesforce Certified Administration, Active Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant, Active Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant, Active Salesforce Communities Cloud Consultant would make a candidate stand out.
