    When looking to automate reports

    1. Click the "Report" button to generate a new report. The "Create Report" dialog will appear.
    2. From here, you can select the report type, data set, and file format.
    3. Click the image to enlarge it.

      Select the "Data export for automation" report type.

      Select the options you need: - Data sets: Select the data to export.
      - Format: Select the format of the created file.

    4. Then Click OK.
