    Custom Auto-Number Fields

    1. Click the Gear Icon, then select Setup.
    2. Go to Object Manager and select the Object Name where the auto number field exists.
    3. Click Fields & Relationships, select the name of the Auto-Number field, then click Edit.
    4. Click Change Field Type
