How do I create the entitlement process in Salesforce?

Steps to create an Entitlement Process:
1. Click the Object Manager tab, then select Account.
2. Select Fields & Relationships, then click New.
3. Select Picklist, and click Next and enter the details.
4. Click the Service Setup Home tab.
5. Enter Entitlement Processes in the Quick Find box and select Entitlement Processes.
6. Click New Entitlement Process.
