    Hello Shubham,

    you can use Ant Migration to retrieve trigger.meta.xml  use command Ant retrieveUnpackaged by specify the name of the trigger in your package.xml file.

    your package.xml file look like this :

    <?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>
    <Package xmlns="http://soap.sforce.com/2006/04/metadata">
    <types>
    <members>AddNameAcc</members>
    <name>ApexTrigger</name>
    </types>
    <version>40.0</version>
    </Package>
