How to handle the situation when my organization Workflow's limit is over and i want to write a workflow immediately and it it critical in salesforce?

Hi Saurabh,
You can do this:
1. De-activate any workflows and create it using trigger and then do the new workflow.
or
2. Go for Schedule apex or trigger to achieve this workflow.Thanks.
