The steps for integrating GTM with Salesforce are as follows.

    • GTM Tracking Script can be downloaded here.
    • If you don't already have one, sign up for a Google Tag Manager account.
    • Create Trusted Sites and Content Security Policies.
    • Set Salesforce Community as the script for Google Tag Manager.

If you follow all of the steps, you will not only be able to use Google Tag Manager, but you will also be able to track the various events we discussed earlier.
