    Hi,

    1.  Click on Name | Setup | App Setup | Customize | Cases | Buttons, Links and Actions
    2. Click on Edit link available near to New button
    3. Navigate to Override Properties Section select Visualforce page and then select a value for Skip Record Type Selection Page checkbox
