    You can try this:

    .sfdc_richtext img{
    border: 0;
    height: 15%;
    width: 15%;
    }

    I have resized the rich text field on a visualforce page.  If we can add small images also displayed using that size only, those are not displaying clearly. How to change the only large image size in rich text field on a visualforce page?
