To select your CSV file, click Browse. ...
Click Next. ...
If you are performing an upsert, your CSV file must contain a column of ID values for matching against existing records. -
1-Prepare your CSV File. First, identify the specific IDs of the records that you wish to update.
2- Prepare your data. Navigate to the record type that you wish to apply to your records.
3- Update the data with the Apex Data Loader.
