| Biography | Self-learner and working as an Academic Director and Salesforce Developer Instructor for a Salesforce course. I'm a ranger on trailhead, and have certifications of Administrator, Platform Developer I, Platform Developer II, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant and Experience Cloud Consultant. This year I was selected as a Mentor by Trailhead. Because of working as an Instructor on a bootcamp, I have extensive knowledge about the Salesforce Consultant, Administrator and Developer topics. I successfully combined my IT background with professional business and military skills. I have experience in CRM in the Turkish Air Force as a user of SAP for nearly 20 years. I attended a lot of NATO missions with multinational projects and operations. I extensively worked for User Acceptance tests of NATO and National Softwares. Furthermore, I developed some tools to automate business processes in the local radar site of the Turkish Air Force. After I completed my compulsory service in the Turkish Air Force, I focused on Salesforce Developer. Firstly, I got an offer from a German company about Salesforce Implementation and I handled this job from scratch. Then I got an offer from a USA company to be a Salesforce Developer and Administrator Instructor, I accepted. I handled the creation of the course curriculum from scratch then maintained the course as an instructor. Right now I’m working as an Academic Director for the IT Boot Camp Salesforce Bootcamp program and Developer Instructor of the Salesforce Classes. At the same time, Start working to Dream Solution Consultant (SI) and Independent Software Vendor (ISV) Company for maintaining the Salesforce SI Consultant and ISV Partner Business and Development. |
