Salesforce Jira Connectors may appear not flexible enough for your needs, I'd say one more way would be to use a Salesforce Developer to develop a Salesforce managed package to fit specifically your needs. for example our Forceoft team participated already in 4 Salesforce Jira integration projects, and the latest managed package we spent only 47 to deliver it to a customer. Which is significantly cheaper then purchasing a Salesforce jira connector from appexchange. But of cause it depends what kind of needs acustomer may have
