Navigate to parent Business Unit and then Setup > Business Units > select the business unit on which you want to apply the filter > Business Unit filter > Define the filter and save

No, we can not restrict access via permission sets. We can only grant additional access by using permission sets.

No, we cannot add subscribers directly into the list from the Sales cloud.
We can import a .csv file into List or manually create the subscribers.

Both will get deleted.
In case of junction object or child object, they are dependent on Master. If master deletes, then child object also gets deleted and if we delete the detail object then nothing will happen to master and only child will get deleted.

Child records will get deleted. If in case of Master-Detail, you delete the master then the detail/child object would get deleted automatically.
